Processing Time All of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed. Many times items will ship much faster, but please allow plenty of time to receive your custom item.

Shipping Time Shipping time begins once your item has been finished and fulfilled. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Damages & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will discuss a solution together.
