Welcome to Sassy Sprouts Boutique! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

2. Personalized & Custom Items All of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check all customization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

3. Production & Shipping Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and completed. Shipping time begins once your item has been finished and fulfilled. Many times items will ship much faster, but please allow plenty of time to receive your custom item. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Sassy Sprouts Boutique and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
